After the author sends the materials (article) for publication in the journal "Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring" and the editor has initially processed them, the author will be informed that the materials have been accepted and sent for further review, or the author will be informed that the submitted material needs to be revised with comments from the editor-in-chief and the editorial board.
